Can't remember the name of a movie I saw as a teen, anyone?

It was a movie about a married couple. She found out she was pregnant,
and the husband had cancer (I think) and was dying. So, he made a
video for his child. How to shave, about "the talk", etc... I thought
it was called Nine Months, but realized that is NOT the name....
anyone know this movie?
