What Law and Order CI episode is this?

It was two episodes. A boy was accused of raping and killing two
girls, his name was Ethan. They found bodies in salt marshes, then
later discovered his Dad was the main cause of the problem. They sent
one of the Bobby's mom into a psychotic state..
